You can expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Your final shipping cost will be available to you during checkout.
Our standard shipping method is UPS ground shipping. We will NOT ship your order via any of the other major mail carriers, including FedEx, DHL, and the United States Postal Service.
Please note that some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. Large orders may take additional time to process.
Contact us prior to placing your order if you have a special delivery request.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Most items available can be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Some items may be too large for delivery to a P.O. Box and must be shipped to a physical address.
If we cannot ship your order to a P.O. Box, we will notify you during checkout and we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.
When you place an order with a P.O. Box ship-to address, we will attempt to ship all items using the UPS. If any items within your order can not be shipped using the UPS, we may contact you to obtain a physical address for shipping.
Items shipped to a P.O. Box are not eligible for expedited shipping.
Shipment Damaged in Transit
If you see obvious damage to your shipment carton, you may ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you.
If upon inspection you find damage, you may refuse the shipment and write, "Refused, due to damage" on the delivery receipt.
Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact us immediately.
Keep all packaging materials for 30 days to use in a return in case you discover damage or defects after delivery
